Description

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bid (RFB) on behalf of the City of Kawartha Lakes, to select a qualified contractor to undertake the interior recoating of the Bobcaygeon Water Tower. Bobcaygeon Water Tower recoating and rehabilitation project also includes various safety and miscellaneous upgrades.

Mandatory virtual Tour of Facilities:

A mandatory Site Tour will be held on March 5, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM by virtual tour. PPE will not be required as contractors will be calling in via video conference. Details on the mandatory virtual site tour will be provided via addendum.

All Bidders wishing to attend the mandatory site tour must confirm with the RFB contact person Rashmi Vatish and James Su via an email by March 4, 2021 at 3:00:00 pm Toronto Time.

The Bidders are required to download the document(s) from www.ontariotenders.jaggaer.com and send any questions via email to James Su and Rashmi Vatish at procurement@ocwa.com before March 18, 2021, at 2:00:00 pm Toronto Time.

The completed Bid submission must be submitted as requested on or before: March 29, 2021 at 12:00:00 pm, Toronto Time. At this time, it is asked that all Bid submission are done electronically.
