REGENT STREET INFRASTRUCTURE RENEWAL
Sealed tenders marked "The City of Fredericton Tender No. T21-10 Regent Street Infrastructure Renewal" will be received by the office of the Purchasing Division, City Hall, 397 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB, until 3:00:00 pm local time, Tuesday, 2021 March 16. The Company's name and tender closing date and time shall also be indicated on the envelope. Contractors shall drop off the tenders into the tender box located in the Service Centre at City Hall. Opening of the Bids will follow
immediately in the Purchasing Division and will also be streamed live.
The proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 140 metres of 250 mm sanitary sewer main, 190 metres of various sizes of storm sewer, and includes the reconnection of service laterals, roadway granulars, roadway reinstatement, asphalt concrete, curbs and gutters, replacement of paver stones, installation of tree pits, light and traffic signal bases, concrete encased conduit and all related appurtenances.
A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.
