F3766-200159/A - Repair of exterior concrete slabs on Hovercraft Base of Trois-Rivières -- Fisheries and Oceans Canada

WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The work to repair the hovercraft base concrete slab consists of the reconstruction of the expansion joints for a section of the slab (Slab No. 2) and the reconstruction of a new concrete slab for the other section, composed of concrete and bitumen (Slab No. 1). All other information is within the request for proposal document. Following the contract award to the contractor, the contractor must commit to carry out the work within the ranges identified by the CCG in order to have the least possible impact on its operations. ? Work on Slab No. 1 : June 14 to July 9, 2021 ? Work on Slab No. 2 : August 23 to September 17, 2021

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT (S): March 17, 2021 at 11:00AM OR 1:00PM at Hovercraft Base located at 7100 du Pont street, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 6M2

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than March 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the name (s) of the person (s) who will attend.

Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
