Description

The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the full range of Engineering Services for the Coal Mine Road Reconstruction and Surfacing Program. This includes Coal Mine Road from Range Road 253 to East of Range Road 252 as well as Range Road 252 from Bellerose Drive to Coal Mine Road. Engineering Services will include but may not be limited to; Environmental Approvals (if required), Land Acquisition (if required), Complete Topographical Survey, Geotechnical Investigations and Recommendations, Preliminary Engineering Report, Detailed Design, Plan/Profile Drawings, Design Cross-Sections, Tender Preparation, Materials Testing, Construction Surveying, Construction Supervision, and Post Construction Services.
