SLV-2021-WPOTB-RFQ - Willow Park on the Bow - Silvera Building - Public Offering to Participate in the Prequalification of Prime Consultant

Silvera for Seniors (“Client”) has a property in Bridgeland-Riverside Calgary with a conceptual design and a municipal approval underway. The Project is located at 30 11 Street NE in Calgary, Alberta on a residential site and is adjacent to existing Willow Park on The Bow residential building. The project is currently at land use change stage and final approval is anticipated in Q1 2021.

The Client intends to engage a Prime Consultant and design team to provide full design consultant services. Initially this will include functional programming and schematic design resulting in development permit submission. The scope also includes design development, contract documents, tender procurement, and construction contract administrations.

The project scope is anticipated to be a 10-storey mid-rise, 2-storey commercial & 8-storey residential mixed market. The design will meet and comply with current requirements, including energy efficiency as outlined within the current and future amendments to the National Housing Strategy/CMHC requirements. The expansion is to be connected (probably underground) to the existing Willow Park on The Bow building and will replace the existing parking requirements associated with the site.

The Prequalification Submission must be received by an email (david.cassidy@altusgroup.com) on or prior to March 15th, 2021, 2:00pm MST (the “Closing Time”). Any submission not received by an email on or prior to the Closing Time will be disqualified and will not be considered. In addition, any modifications or additions to a Prequalification submission will not be considered if submitted subsequent to the Closing Time.
