Description

The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:

· Construction of 8m x 5m pumphouse structure comprising cast-in-place concrete foundation, precast concrete walls and roof panels.
· Supply and installation of piping including valves, flowmeters, pressure relief valves and appurtenances
· Supply and installation of one (1) pitless unit complete with 125 HP submersible pump, 150mm dia. riser pipe and check valve
· Siteworks comprising 150mm dia. drainage piping and manhole. 200mm dia. water main, fittings and gate valve
· Building ventilation, heating, and plumbing systems
· Building electrical
· Process electrical, instrumentation and control system
