1- This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: [C7000302 Irrigation Construction and Maintenance] To view the list of pre-qualified firms, visit https://www.calgary.ca/CA/fs/Documents/Bid-and-Vendor-Information/PrequalifiedContractors.pdf.

2- The project involves installing a water delivery system, with a mainline and controller. The project includes site safety, ECO Plan and landscape rehabilitation.

3- This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4- Scheduled Operational Date: 2021-12-31
