Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a contractor to supply and deliver two (2) Explosive Proof Vacuums and accessories to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Regina Saskatchewan in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed within the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Delivery is requested within (8) weeks of award, however bidders are to provide their best delivery timeline in the bid submission.

Security Requirements:

There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

Basis of selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit indicated on the first page of the solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
