The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information, guidelines and requirements for the submission of a proposal to CBE that provides a comprehensive upgrade strategy and plan, together with associated costing to implement the strategy and plan related to Oracle Financial Systems Upgrade (the “Services”), as more specifically described in the Scope section of this RFP.
