Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The purpose of this RFP is to select up to two Contractors that can meet needs for office furniture and related services for The City of Calgary and Calgary Police Service.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The length of any agreement resulting from this RFP will be in effect for an initial period of THREE (3) years (“The Term”) from date of official acceptance by The City. The agreement may be renewed under the same or similar terms and conditions for a successive TWO (2) year period (“Renewal Term”) which will be in effect for not more than THREE (3) Renewal Terms. The total length of any agreement resulting from this proposal is not to exceed NINE (9) years.
