Description

Rosslyn Lodge is a 120 unit, 3 story complex that is located at 10915 134 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB. The facility was constructed in 2000 and is owned and operated by GEF Seniors Housing. This project is a design build project that includes providing all engineering, labour, equipment, materials, supervision and permits required to remove and replace the existing heating boilers and domestic hot water system. The new system must be designed (or signed off/ stamped) by an engineer licenced to practise in the province of Alberta.
