Questions specific to the technical requirements of this tender need to be sent through the Event Messages board of this RFP.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has a requirement for social and support services to assist with the integration of Asylum Seekers. To effectively support and sustain the arrival of Asylum Seekers to Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires social and support services to assist with the integration of Asylum Seekers, including: site management and coordination, medical services, health and sanitation services, and logistics, prior to moving into Canadian communities. A Contractor is required to coordinate with Government of Canada the intake and management of Asylum Seekers at temporary accommodations located in:

Stream 1 – Atlantic Region;

Stream 2 – Ontario Region;

Stream 3 – Western Region.

Up to 3 contracts may be awarded as a result of this bid solicitation; one contract per stream. If a Bidder has the lowest evaluated price for more than 1 stream, a contract may be recommended for award which will combine the streams. Canada reserves the right to award a contract, or multiple contract, to more than one Bidder to address Canada’s requirement, in whole or in part, as described in the Statement of Work.

The Period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to December 31, 2021 inclusive and will include 5 irrevocable 6 month option periods to extend the terms and conditions of each contract.
