Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Develop Nova Scotia to prospective proponents to submit proposals to operate a high-quality food and beverage kiosk on the Halifax waterfront with a special focus on a small well-made menu of locally sourced food and ingredients. Proposals must be focused on a unique culinary offering to complement existing seasonal and year-round businesses on the Halifax waterfront. Develop Nova Scotia is seeking experienced operators to help continue to elevate the waterfront’s products and services offered for residents and visitors. Specific proposal requirements are further described in Appendix D - RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

April 13, 2021 at 1:00pm in the Salt Yard kiosk area located at 1549 Lower Water Street, Halifax, NS.
