Description

Notice is hereby given by the Province of British Columbia (the “Province”), as represented by the General Manager of the Liquor Distribution Branch and Administrator of the Cannabis Distribution Act, of the decision to extend the term of the current agreement with Canada Cartage System Limited Partnership DBA Speedee Transport for Shipping Non-Medical Cannabis Zone 4 – Northern BC area to a term not past July 31, 2021. The term extension is required in order to provide the Province reasonable time to facilitate a new solicitation. The terms of the original Agreement will remain the same.
