Description

The Alpine Summit Seniors Lodge is replacing the exterior wheelchair ramp and adjacent stairs at the building's main entrance and is in search of a general contractor that is capable of executing the work. A high level overview of the work as outlined in the Contract Documents includes demolition and removal of existing ramp and stairs, modifications of existing grades, construction of a new ramp and stairs, and new landscaping for the work area.
