The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) proposes to procure a flexible debris net to reduce debris flow hazard on Cold Spring Creek in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC. This is part of the Cold Spring Creek Debris Flow Mitigation Project Phase 1.
