12261 - Transition of in-person workshops to virtual learning

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (the College) regulates the practice of medicine under the authority of provincial law. All physicians and surgeons who practise medicine in the province must be registrants of the College.

Until recently, the College's educational workshops have been offered to registrants in an exclusively in-person format. With the worldwide movement to online engagement as a result of COVID-19, the College is seizing an opportunity to review and redevelop its educational workshops for virtual deployment to broaden its reach across the province and provide enduring flexibility in course format and content.

The College is seeking innovative, creative and practical teams of software vendors and learning professionals with a proven track record in health-professional education, curricular and instructional design, learner evaluation and on-time delivery of a high-quality learning management system (LMS) to lead the transition of in-person workshops to interactive virtual learning opportunities.
