Description

Bondable concrete placement service providers with the necessary resources and experience are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”). This SOA is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this SOA for acceptability and suitability, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement(s). This is a standing offer agreement for a term of two (2) years with the option to renew for an additional two (2), one (1) year annual terms provided all obligations are met. All in accordance with local codes, bylaws, regulations, and industry best practices.
