The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSO) for the purchase and delivery of Special Security Hardware (eg cylinder, push button locks, handles, combination locks, electronic locks etc.) to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs), excluding Nunavut. The period will be for two years plus a right to request up to 3 extensions of up to 12 months each. Up to 3 Standing Offer may be issued in two streams: PSAB and Non-PSAB.

This procurement contains a separate stream for a set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB).
