Emergency Breathing Systems Training, West Coast

The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Task-Authorization Contract to provide training for Emergency Breathing Systems (EBS) training, Underwater Egress training and Wet Dinghy as follows:

a.a one-day course utilizing the Escape and Escape Training for personnel requiring escape training with the use of the EBS. b.a two-day course for personnel requiring training for ab-initio RUET participants and includes EBS procedures and integrated EBS and ET with wet dinghy/survival techniques.

The Contractor’s training capacity must be sufficient to train a range of 2 to 12 students per session and range of 1 to 7 sessions per month.

The period of the Contract is for two (2) years from contract award and up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 – Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.
