Description

Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is seeking to pre-qualify a shortlist of professional building code consultants/consulting firms to provide building code review services on an ad hoc basis. These services will be required to advise on such things as building and fire code performance of proposed new buildings, renovations and/or changes in use of existing buildings through the port authority's building permit process. These third party verification services may also be required outside of the building permit process.

It is anticipated that firms will be shortlisted for a period of up to five years (2021-2026)subject to annual reviews
