Description

Calgary Housing Company seeks qualified contractor(s) to provide Mechanical and Electrical system equipment upgrades in the mechanical, electrical, boiler and elevator rooms and tenant units of a Calgary Housing Company managed highrise building. Upgrades include LED lighting upgrades in hallways, stairwells, lobby, laundry and parkade. New garbage room and parkade entrance doors, new parabolic safety mirrors in the parkade, installation of new GFI electrical breakers in units, cosmetic repairs in the lobby, eavestrough and drain at rear of building.
