21TDRRSD934 - Northern Alberta Fish and Wildlife Fixed-Wing

Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP), in its mandate to ensure the sustainability
of Alberta’s air, land, water, and biodiversity, requires casual hire contracts with
aircraft carriers to deliver cost-effective services to the Fish and Wildlife
Stewardship Branch. Fixed-wing aircraft registered to private contractors are
required for temporary and/or urgent activities on a day-to-day basis as needed.
The term “casual” means the aircraft will be hired if needed, with competitively
established hourly rates, but with no overall guarantee of hours or days of work.
The geographic scope of this work is within the Northeast and Northwest Regions
of the Fish and Wildlife Stewardship Branch, roughly corresponding to an area of
the province north of Highway 16.
