GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Bidder must either be a Manufacturer, a factory branch, or a dealer engaged in the business of selling, dealing and servicing the vehicle(s) tendered upon, and must maintain a full stock of parts and service. A dealer with full stock of parts and factory certified vehicle technicians shall perform all Warranty service.
