Sealed tenders will be received by the Town of Sackville until 1100 hours local time, May 25th, 2021, for the following project:

QUEENS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
TENDER NO. 2021-08

As part of the province of NB designated highway funding program, this work generally consists of the construction of watermain, sanitary and storm sewer, street reconstruction and all related appurtenances.

The tender box will be located at Town Hall - 31C Main Street, Sackville, NB at which location a public opening will be held immediately following tender closing.

Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulations and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act.

Specifications and Instructions to Tenderers are contained in the 2015 Town of Sackville Standard Municipal Specifications, available for purchase at Town Hall.

Plans and tender documents may be purchased for the sum of $300.00 per set. Documents may be obtained from:

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% or a certified cheque in the amount of 15% of the total tendered price payable to the Town of Sackville, must accompany the tender.
