Description

MacEwan University is seeking a Proponent with demonstrated experience in providing Lighting Products as specified in this RFP document.
It is the intent of MacEwan University to obtain Proposals from Proponents on their capability, methodology and related experience in providing a complete solution, that includes, but is not limited to, online catalogue, online ordering system with ordering system support, next day delivery capabilities, detailed reporting capabilities, advisory services (pertaining to new products, legislation, and developments in energy efficient technology) and account representation. The successful Proponent will proactively assist MacEwan University in analyzing and managing their requirements as detailed in this RFP document.
MacEwan University expects to select an experienced and capable supplier to provide the Lighting Products and enter into an Agreement for a term of 5 years from July 01, 2021 to June 31, 2026 (3 years with fixed cost and last 2 years with a % increase). In addition, there will be the option to extend the agreement for an additional 3-year term.
For the purpose of this Request for Proposal, Proponents are instructed to propose as specified or equivalent to the specifications provided, ensuring the best option for the site.
