Description

The Edmonton Catholic Separate School Division (“ECSD”) requests proposals from qualified and experienced Licensed Interior Designers (LID), that are a registered member of the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) to enter into an agreement for the provision of interior design services for ECSD’s new administrative home- Lumen Christi, Catholic Education Centre. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).

This project includes the amalgamation of six administration buildings into one of the head office “Our Common Home”. The project will include the Interior design, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural engineering scopes (of varying requirements) for tenant improvements.
