Specifications and Instructions to bidders are contained in the latest version of the City of Moncton Engineering Department Standard Municipal Specifications, which can be viewed on-line at www.moncton.ca or available for purchase at the Engineering Department, 4th Floor, 655 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick.

A Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR) issued by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association (NBCSA) and a bid bond, made payable to the "City of Moncton", in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price (taxes included), must accompany each tender.

Completed tenders must be received at the Purchasing Department, 1st Floor, 655 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick, prior to the closing time for tenders, 11:00 a.m., May 14, 2021. There will be no Public Tender opening. The front doors of City Hall are open and the Commissionaire will receive bid packages and place them in the Purchasing Drop Boxes in the front lobby.
