Description

BCIT invites Proponents to engage in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of audiovisual equipment and associated services, including but not limited to, delivery, installation, and testing to complete fully operating systems in the new four storey 100,000 square foot Health Sciences Centre located at the BCIT Burnaby Campus.

Proponents must satisfy the following mandatory requirements to be considered acceptable.
1. A bonding capacity of $3 million at a minimum as verified through a recognized surety company licensed to transact business in the Province of British Columbia.
2. Corporate experience completing a project similar in size, scope and complexity to the Project outlined in this NRFP within the last six (6) years.
