Description

The Edmonton Catholic Separate School Division (“ECSD”) requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide maintenance, inspections, and services on ECSD owned passenger buses. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (SOA). This SOA is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this SOA, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement for the proposed Services. . This is an SOA for a term of one (1) year with the option to renew for an additional two (2), one (1) year terms. Term shall not exceed three (3) years total. ECSD shall in its sole discretion, be the only determiner of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted.
