Description of the Requirement

Parks Canada Agency (“PCA”) is seeking to put in place a contract with an experienced firm in the field of financial, asset, investment and project management transformation to work collaboratively in the design and phased implementation of a Target Operating Model that enables PCA to operate under an accrual budgeting regime by April 1, 2023, and to transition to a long-term, sustainable funding model. PCA is also seeking an experienced firm with the technical expertise to provide input and guidance into the configuration of the IM/IT solution integration that will support the Target Operating Model.

Proposed period of contract

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2024 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year periods under the same conditions.
