Description

The Strathcona Regional District (SRD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for an electronic agenda and minutes system to replace its existing legacy application. The SRD’s current system utilizes one or more access databases for the production of meeting agendas and the development, storage and retrieval of meeting minutes. The SRD seeks to acquire a comprehensive agenda and meeting management system that will streamline the production of meeting agendas and minutes for its Board, committees and commissions, improve access and access control, and assist with meeting management processes
