The damage gets any worse.  Some of the exterior stucco panels have been fixed under O&M but now more panels are beginning to crack. They should be repaired with filler before the damage gets any worse. If the cracks persist, many parts of the stucco exterior will have to be replaced far ahead of their expected 40 year lifespan. This is based on BPR inspection of 2018 and RP Component life extension [01.3-040C36 Exterior Wall - Stucco].  As a minimum this project should address air leakage and thermal bridging deficiencies, identified in the Carbon Neutral Study and Thermographic Study.
