Description

CHC is seeking the services of qualified Proponent to conduct comprehensive building condition assessments (BCA’s) including the following services:
1.0. Service Type 1: Building condition assessment including Building Maintenance Bylaw compliance inspections – All residential property types.
Standards: ASTM E2018-15 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments, City of Calgary Building
2.0. Service Type 2: Structural Assessments – selected properties
3.0. Service Type 3: Materials testing – selected building components
4.0. Service Type 4: Revitalization cost Estimates – selected properties
