Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Public Art Piece.

The art work will be installed in the new Fulton Field Park on Tranquille Road, to memorialize Snowbird Captain Jennifer Casey. Captain Jennifer Casey tragically lost her life on May 17, 2020, when the Snowbirds were departing Kamloops after a visit intended to uplift community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The term of the agreement will be for one year.
