Lean CoE Transformation, Training Support

This RFP Process is an invitation by Metrolinx to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Lean CoE Transformation, and Training Support.
The services will include Lean Training and facilitation services to support the organizations Lean maturity. The services are to be provided across Metrolinx sites/offices within the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area (GTHA).

The program is tailored to the public-sector workplace and public-sector processes and gets people learning and using Lean methods and tools. Participants are able to use their new knowledge and skills immediately to make government simpler, faster, better, and less costly. The training is presented by instructors who are either on-staff or contracted with the training providers.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit a vendor who is qualified to provide lean training utilizing effective delivery methods to achieve the course objectives and support adult learning.

Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on November 8, 2023 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.

Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
