Description

Refit meeting room SAT6077 to a Virtual Hearing Room. Patch, sand and paint all walls. S&I (2) duplex electrical outlets and (2) DVO for two large TV’s. Replace existing lighting fixture to LED ambient lighting fixture with dimmer switches (similar to lighting in EMB4363). Replace existing door with glass door and sidelight (similar to SAT 9 kitchen). Needs a soundproofing standard between 45-50. No sound test certification required at this time. Soundproof all walls (slab to slab) with STC rating between 45-50. Ventilation system to be adjusted accordingly while meeting the STC45-50 requirement. S&I under carpet wiring raceway system. Supply and Install rail with felt panels.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the security desk of Saint Andrews Tower - 275 Sparks Street, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
