A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the main entrance of Strawberry Hill Elementary School (Site 109) - at 7633 124 St, Surrey, BC V3W 8N2 on Nov 17, 2025, at 09:00 AM. Contractors are responsible to confirm the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by Contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
