PHSA 03303 - PHSA Notice of Intent -Teleflex Medical Anaesthesia Supplies

Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the "Health Authorities"), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Pricing Agreement without volume commitment to the following supplier to provide Pain Management Consumables for the Health Authorities for a term of one (1) year at an estimated value of $664K.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authorities has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
· to ensure the continued supply of these essential products to the Health Authorities with stable pricing, we will direct award the above non-volume committed contract(s) until PHSA completes an upcoming competitive process for future contracts

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Lay Khuan Toh Buyer, Surgical Team - ASI/Ortho, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, May 27, 2020. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
