Description

1. This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert] (“City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision and service of regulatory, warning, information and guide signs along with posts, mounting material and other traffic control devices for the Transportation Department as required and further described in the Appendix C – Tender Specifications and Requirements.

2. The City of St. Albert is an urban municipality of approximately 65,000 residents located immediately adjacent to the northwest border of the City of Edmonton. St. Albert is primarily a residential community with a mixture of both old and newer areas, as well as two light industrial parks, commercial areas and numerous recreational parks.
