Description

The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from research and survey companies for the provision of telephone and / or online satisfaction survey administration of employers, injured workers, and internal WCB staff on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. These surveys are part of an on-going tracking of satisfaction with services supplied by the WCB to customers. The surveys will use an existing questionnaire and the data is required to be compatible with previous data retained by the WCB.
