Description

Sherwood Drive and Wye Road are heavily trafficked commuter corridor servicing a high volume of vehicles daily. The selected proponent must continuously provide the minimum or greater corridor traffic capacity standards as outlined in this document throughout the course of the Work.
All Work detailed in this document is to be carried out in accordance with the most recent version of the Strathcona County Design and Construction Standards (SCCS), the supplemental Special Provisions included in APPENDIX H – SPECIAL PROVISIONS and the Al-Terra Engineering Ltd. Design Drawing package found in Appendix F.

Proponents will review the drawings and reports provided in the appendices of this RFP and consider that information in the course of provision of the Deliverables as set out in the following:
- Site preparation
- Earthworks
- Deep utilities
- Roadworks
- Street lighting
- Traffic control
