Description

The Old Hospital Rotary Park is a landscape development along 51 Street. The scope of work will include topsoil stripping; base preparations; asphalt walks; concrete walks and pads; granular trails; tiered concrete block retaining wall, site furnishing and fence installations; sod and landscape. Existing underground utilities have been identified through Alberta 1-Call and hydrovacs and no major conflicts have been identified. However, the Contractor should be aware, identify, work adjacent to and liaise with all third-party franchise utility owners throughout the duration of construction.
