20-1513 - The Supply & Delivery of NAFA Class Five (5) and under Cab and Chassis

The City has a requirement for Medium Single Axle cab and chassis for use by various internal customers in a wide range of Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (“GVWR”) configurations and applications depending on the type of deck, body or equipment installed on the chassis as outlined in the below schedules:
• Schedule A – Class Five (5) Pickup Cab with a Minimum GVWR of 19,100lbs
• Schedule B – Class Five (5) Pickup Cab with a GVWR of 17000Lbs to 19,100lbs
• Schedule C – Class Four (4) Pickup Cab with a GVWR of 14,500lbs to 16,900lbs
• Schedule D - Class Three (3) Pickup Cab with a GVWR of 9000lbs to 14,000Lbs
• Schedule E – Class Two (2) Cab and Chassis with a GVWR of 8000lbs to 11000Lbs
Upon requirement, The City will reach out to each schedules Supplier to collaborate and finalize each Unit’s specifications prior to ordering to ensure accuracy prior to arrival on site.
3.) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.”
4.) The Deliverables are included in four (4) schedules. The City intends to enter into up to four (4) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement(s) will be for a term of two (2) year(s) The Agreement(s) may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
