21TDRPAR861 - Design and Construction Monitoring Services - Grassi Lakes Day Use Area - Kananaskis Region

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from suitably qualified Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience and qualification to provide detailed design, secure approvals, prepare tender documents and perform project management and construction monitoring services for the redevelopment of sites as identified and supported by the Project Plans and Concept Designs. Working towards the outcomes and objectives identified for each site within the Project Plans, the successful Proponent is to apply proven parks-based (non-urban) technical design practices in conjunction with appropriate tools and skilled resources through the Detailed Design, Approval Process, Issued for Tender and Issued for Construction phases for each site to achieve the end result desired by the Province.
