Description

1.) This RFP is open to all interested vendors
2.) The City is seeking proposals from interested Suppliers for the supply, installation and delivery of front load refuse bodies onto City supplied tandem axle chassis in a variety of configurations and sizes based on the collection stream the Unit will be used for. It is The City’s expectation that delivered Units will be fully assembled and be ready to be put into service by The City. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication between the Supplier, to ensure that any issues that may impact City operations are addressed in an efficient manner.
3.) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4.) The Deliverables are included in One (1) schedule. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.
The Agreement(s) will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. There is no PoC.
