Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Snack Cakes

Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Garrison Petawawa, Food Services has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of Snack Cakes products to various kitchens and lodger/training units located in the Garrison Petawawa Area of Operation on an "as and when requested basis" for the period of the Standing Offer.

The Period of the Standing Offer is from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.

This Request for Standing Offers may result in the issuance of one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offers.

Security Requirements: There is no security requirement applicable to the Standing Offer.

Debriefings:

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
