Description

The purpose of this RFP (Request for Proposal) is to select service provider(s) to provide three drop-off sites and site operations for the Depot Collection Services of Recycle BC’s recycling program for residential packaging and paper products (PPP). The sites are to be located as follows, one in the Pender Harbour area, one in the Sechelt area and one on the South Coast of the Sunshine Coast between Electoral Area E (Elphinstone) and Electoral Area F (West Howe Sound), no farther north than Langdale. Proponents may bid on one or any of the depot sites. The Regional District reserves the right to award the three depot operations to one or more proponents. Partnerships where they improve upon the service provided to residents are encouraged.
