Following the advice of the Provincial Health Officer and in support of the established social distancing practices, the Campbell River Natural Resource Office will no longer be providing in-person public service.
Tenders can still be mailed or dropped off in the secure mail slot at the main entrance of the building, and Unverified Results will be posted to BC Bid in a timely manner.***


Due to COVID-19, all tender openings will be conducted in private in order to ensure compliance to the social distancing measures the provincial health authority has implemented. The successful contractor will be required to confirm that they have an Infection Prevention and Control Plan in place that complies with and adheres to the Guidelines for Silviculture Worker Camps During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Sealed tenders for the following West Coast Multiphase Contract will be received by the Timber Sales Manager, BC Timber Sales, Strait of Georgia Business Area, 370 South Dogwood Street, Campbell River, BC V9W 6Y7, up to 1:30 pm (local time) on June 22, 2020, at which time tender submissions will be opened in private. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
