Description

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Burnaby prefers to accept electronic bid submissions via email to Purchasing until further notice. Delivery of hard copy submissions will continue to be accepted at this time as an alternative. For email submissions, bid security must be in the form of a digital bond (e-bond) only; photocopied or scanned copies of the bid bond will not be accepted

The performance of road reconstruction and service extensions on Thorne Avenue north of Meadow Avenue in the City of Burnaby. The Work consists of the removal of the existing interim asphalt pavement, lock block wall and preload material. Works will include the supply and installation of new storm sewers, watermain, sanitary forcemain, road structure including subbase and base course gravels, and machine laid mix asphaltic courses, new curb and gutter, and reinstatement of existing driveways.
